There was a bunch of noise coming from the back (alley) of our rooms in the middle of the night and this was annoying
Price and location
Condition. I felt like I was the 1000th customer to stay in the room. It could really use some updating and repairs.
Continental breakfast was poor. The room did not have bead side table. No clothes hangers. No fridge or microwave. Adequate for a short stay.
It is downtown where the action is in missoula. Able to park close to room.
Pretty ghetto....no toiletries, carpet was peeling of the wall, no fitted sheets on the bed...just regular sheets only, shower wasnt great, bed was hard, pillows were hard.
Convenience, friendliness of the owner, willingness to accommodate our needs.
Bathroom door didn't close, no ironing board or hangers, soap dish in bathroom was empty, smoke detector didn't work (but hotel installed a new one)
The building and motel sign are colorful and retro. The motel has been in Missoula for many years. Two blocks from the Oxford. Six blocks from 5 Guys.
Bed was very small. Sheets were too small for the bed. An air conditioner provided room heat -- very little heat. Bathroom shower had hot water, but very cold air. Parking spaces were painted for narrow "Model T's" -- very difficult to get into and out of car when lot is full.
The room was an utter nightmare. It smelled like mildew. The heater didn't work. The carpet used as a baseboard on the walls was peeling off, the bed was covered in small hairs and the sheets had multiple yellow spots (like someone had peed there). Oh and when I tried to talk to the woman at the desk she was suddenly nowhere to be found. Needless to say we returned our keys that night and ran for the nearest Holiday Inn.
it was decent
pet friendly hotel but nowhere for the pet to use the bathroom. no grass what so ever
Clean bathroom, quiet rooms, quiet heating, good price
Comfortable but squeaky bed, small but clean bathroom. Barebones.
It was clean, we were driving through so it met our needs.
Clean, comfy beds.
Pool should not be listed, obviously closed indefinitely & was main reason we booked.
Was there for the Missoula Marathon, and the location was excellent; only three blocks from the finish line. I reserved the room for two nights, so that I could rest up after the race and go out visiting around the town.
I discovered black mould on the wall near the bathroom and the floor felt wet/dirty. I wore my flips the whole time. The bathroom was very dated, and the showerhead did not work at all. I had to have baths instead. Hotel is in dire needs of renovation.
